Zero interest on balance transfers
Some credit card companies are always sending me promotions and special offers in the mail all the time. At least five times a week I get a new offer from different credit card companies. The offers I look for are 0% balance transfers or 1.99% interest rates. The lower the interest rates the better. People don’t understand that when they have a loan or a credit card with a really high interest rate it will take forever to pay off when they only pay the minimum balance. It could take many years to pay of a few hundred dollars just because they only pay the minimum amount due. So when there isn’t an interest there isn’t anything to worry about. Consumers need to make sure they compare credit cards so they get the card that is right for their needs.
