Woman asked to strip in order to obtain driver’s license
Naugatuck, Connecticut DMV inspector Kevin Chagnon has been charged for allegedly asking a woman to strip in exchange for a passing test on her driver’s exam. The woman had repeatedly failed her driver’s test, and Chagnon offered to pass her if she stripped. After removing some of her clothing – but refusing to strip completely – she was given her license.
