Toilet paper rationing angers inmates

Inmates at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility in Kansas are all riled up. Prison officials decided to enforce one roll of toilet paper each week for every inmate. The prison would save about $600 a month if each inmate uses one less roll a month. If the inmates want more than one roll a week they can purchase toilet paper at the prison canteen I think this is a little overboard. They want prisoners to be clean and have good hygiene but yet they are allowing one roll a week. What if they can’t afford to buy more, they are already paying to be in there. Cut back on other equipment that isn’t really necessary before cutting out toiletry items that are a must.
