Thieves give themselves away over radios
After breaking into five recreational vehicles and two buildings behind the Outlet Mall in Troutdale, Oregon, the thieves decided to celebrate by picking up beer at a nearby convenience store. They made plans to meet over the radios they had stolen from the buildings owned by the city of Troutdale’s Parks and Recreation Department. Unfortunately for them, police overheard their conversation over the city’s radio network and met the thieves at the convenience store.
