A senior House member wants to now how an extremely infected man got through U.S. Customs and Boarder Protections when his passport had been flagged in their system. Andrew Speaker who is a personal injury lawyer was infected with a drug-resistant TB. He flew from Europe to Canada because he had to avoid the no-fly order in the U.S. His passport was checked at the boarder of Canada and the United States.
