Mortgage life insurance
When I was growing up I know my parents always worried about if something happened to them how would us kids pay for their mortgage. Now that I am looking to buy a home I see why they worried. Leaving your family with a mortgage can cause a lot of stress. That is why getting mortgage life insurance. If something happens to me and I die unexpectedly my home mortgage would be paid of by my mortgage life insurance. I think this is a very important thing to have when you are a home owner.
